These terms govern the use of the AIgenica website and client portal. Automation projects and ongoing services are governed by the proposal or service agreement we sign with each client; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
1. Who we are

2. The website
The content on this website, including the answers of our AI agent, is general information. The agent's answers and any first estimate of scope or savings are not an offer or a guarantee; the agent can make mistakes, and a person reviews every proposal before it is sent. A binding scope, timeline and price are set only in a written proposal.
You may not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping that burdens it, no sending of unlawful content through its forms.
3. Client portal accounts
Accounts are for clients and people they invite. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other clients at risk.
4. Our services in short
AIgenica analyses how a client's business already works, documents its procedures, and builds and operates AI agents and automations that carry them out. We build on SuperCognit as a partner; the platform's own terms apply to the platform itself. Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- the client owns its data, documents and the procedures we document for it;
- agents answer only from content the client approved, within written boundaries, and hand over to people where agreed;
- usage-based costs (such as AI model usage) run under the caps agreed with the client and are passed on as agreed in the proposal;
- either party may end ongoing services with 30 days' written notice, and we hand over the client's data and documentation on request.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, the AIgenica name and logo belong to Fortbit d.o.o.. You may link to the website; reuse of its content requires our permission.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability arising from use of the website is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.
7. Law and disputes
Croatian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with business customers the courts competent for the registered seat of Fortbit d.o.o. have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
